Terms of Service
1. What this service is
toplybid.lol is an advertising directory. You pay a listing fee to place your website at a position on a public leaderboard. The fee buys that placement and nothing else.
2. Rank is the bid
Positions are ordered by amount paid, highest first. Where two listings hold the same amount, the earlier one ranks above. Anyone may pay more at any time and take your position. You are not entitled to hold any position for any length of time.
3. No prize, payout or return
Nothing you pay is ever returned to you or to any other user — not in money, credit, tokens, or any other form. There is no pot, no jackpot, no winnings and no prize. Ranking first carries no reward beyond the placement itself. This service is not a game, a contest, a lottery or a wager.
4. The board resets weekly
Every Monday at 12:00 AM UTC the board is cleared and all listings removed. Fees already paid are not carried over, credited or refunded. To hold a position the following week, you bid again.
5. What you may list
You may list a website you own or are authorised to promote. You may not list content that is unlawful, that infringes another party's trade mark, copyright or other rights, that is sexually explicit, that promotes gambling or the sale of controlled substances or weapons, that distributes malware, or that is designed to deceive visitors about what it is.
You are solely responsible for the destination, its content and its safety.
6. Removal
We may remove any listing at any time, without notice and without refund, where we reasonably believe it breaches these terms, where we receive a valid legal complaint, or where the destination has changed to something that would not have been accepted.
7. Click counts
Click figures shown on the site are our own measurement, deduplicated per visitor per listing per day and filtered for automated traffic. Every outbound link carries a UTM tag so you can verify them independently in your own analytics. We do not guarantee any number of clicks, any level of traffic, or any commercial outcome from a listing.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the fee paid for the listing in question.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card details. Amounts are charged in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout; your bank may add its own conversion or cross-border charges.
10. Operator and governing law
This service is operated by TO COMPLETE, contact TO COMPLETE. These terms are governed by the laws of TO COMPLETE, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
